Last week we had Dig It Up stop by the shop to leave their mark on the wall.  We had a chance to sit down with David to ask him a few questions.

What are you?
We are five human idiots with empty pockets.

Current obsessions?
Battle rap and Vietnamese sandwiches

Favorite pastimes for the band?
Being dorks together. Trying to entertain one another with stupid knowledge and jokes that no one else gets. That and watching the “Ain’t nobody got time for that” video a billion times in a row.

Craziest thing that’s happened to you guys?
If by crazy you mean fun, I’d say FEST 8 and FEST 10 down in Gainesville, the US tour with None More Black and the Canadian tour with The Sainte-Catherines. If you mean crazy/crazy, maybe some of the US publicity we got. It’s wacko for anyone to put us in a glossy magazine.

Any future plans?
We are putting out a full-length record sometime in the next few months, most likely in the fall. Be sure to check that out, we’ll have info up on our Facebook page pretty soon. That and more shows all over.
